At Pilates by Parker, our policies are designed to create the best possible experience for every client while ensuring fairness, safety, and respect for our instructors and fellow members.
Unlimited Members are required to maintain an active and valid card on file at all times. If a card is declined, expired, or otherwise unable to process payments, the membership will be temporarily paused until an active card is on file and all outstanding late cancellation and no-show fees are paid in full.
Joining a waitlist temporarily reserves one class credit.
Please monitor your email notifications if you are on a waitlist.
A 3-minute grace period is allowed after class begins.
After that:
This policy protects the safety and flow of class for everyone.
A minimum of 3 participants is required for all group classes.
If fewer than three clients are enrolled, Pilates by Parker reserves the right to cancel the class. If this occurs:
All classes are 18 years of age or older.
Due to equipment safety, liability requirements, and the nature of our sessions, children are not permitted in the studio unless participating in a studio-sponsored event.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Clients without grip socks will be required to purchase a pair before participating.
To help create a welcoming environment for everyone, please:
Pilates by Parker is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Please keep valuables with you or stored securely during class.
All memberships, punch cards, and single-class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy helps us maintain accurate scheduling, liability waivers, and account records.
If Pilates by Parker cancels a class due to weather, instructor illness, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:
